– 2002, Opening

Harb Establishment was founded by Ibraheem Harb under registration no. 132586, it was concerned about anything related to “Tax Consultation” in Jordan.

– 2004, 100 new clients

Harb Establishment was blessed to celebrate the 100th client that the consultation office served. We were as proud as our clients to have them in our family.

– 2006 , We are here again!

Harb Establishment was re-registered under registration no. 169165 by Mr. Harb too, it maintained the same location and purposes of the establishment.

– 2012 , 10th anniversary!

Harb Establishment celebrated its 10th anniversary in the Jordanian market, and as a celebration, Harb Establishment started offering free consultations for the market.

  • When you have to register in VAT?

    when your sales reaches the below amounts within 12 continues months:

    • 30,000 JOD for services sector.
    • 50,000 JOD for industrial sector.
    • 75,000 JOD for commercial sector.
  • If you own more than one shop and one of them reaches registration in VAT?

    If all shops belong to same owner, all these shops sales will be applicable to VAT.

  • If you own non-working company should I send my annual information (self-assessment) to income tax department?

    Yes, even if this legal entity not working.

  • For natural persons, should they send self-assessment report to income tax department.

    If your annual income exceed JOD 12,000 for single person or JOD 24,000 if the wife doesn’t work or if you are registered in VAT department.

  • In case I don’t received registered mail sent to my address?

    No fines will be added if they person discover the mistake and inform income tax department about it; audit warrant must not be issued yet from the department.

    If this error discovered by department auditor, then fine will be double tax amount plus related delay fine.

  • What is the difference between discovering mistakes from my side or from income tax department side?
